The 4-Way Test Of the things we think, say or do can be applied profitable in relations with others in the home, community, business, national and International life, particularly to proposed plans, policies, statements and advertizing in business and Professions to proposed legislation in Government, to relation between teachers and students in the schools. 1. Is it the TRUTH? 2. Is it FAIR to all concerned? 3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS? 4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

The purpose of Rotaract is to provide an opportunity for young men and women to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development, to address the physical and social needs of their communities, and to promote better relations between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service. 1.To develop professional and leadership skills. 2.To emphasize respect for the rights of others, and to promote ethical standards and the dignity of all useful occupations. 3.To provide opportunities for young people to address the needs and concerns of the communities and our world. 4.To provide opportunities for working in cooperation with sponsoring Rotary Clubs. 5.To motivate young people for eventual membership in Rotary.
